Sarah has been in a recruiting role since getting her start with Randstad USA in 2005. She worked for Randstad as an on-site Account Manager and then moved into a full-cycle sales/recruiter role. These roles involved Industrial and Office Administrative clientele and talent. While at Randstad, she learned the importance of making the right match for the client and the talent alike. She upheld a sense-of-urgency and integrity for all parties involved. Interested in a more challenging industry and getting away from the sales aspect of Randstad, Sarah moved on to WiseChoice IT.

Here, Sarah has had the opportunity to learn about Information Technology and the importance of exploring alternative avenues when it comes to finding the right candidate for the job. She strives to continue to absorb all she can about Information Technology, seek out the "right match" for our clients and help Professionals grow in their careers in IT.
