Jason has been in the niche IT staffing field for over 10 years.  Since the founding of WiseChoice's sister company, GlobalSource IT, in 1998, Jason has focused on developing companies with true differentiators and strong market focus. These companies are built with the philosophy that no company or individual can do everything well, and mediocre isn't an option. Part of leadership is understanding your company's true assets, and knowing which business and opportunities to set aside, to remain focused on core strengths, and to continue to excel and lead the market in our chosen niche expertise. 

Aside from the true advantage and value that comes with laser focus on particular business areas and technologies, Jason believes strongly in the value of trust and ethics. When dealing in the intangible and unpredictable business of people, the ability to manage difficult situations, ascertain and avoid potential pitfalls, and communicate clearly with clients and contractors - is the true art behind success in this field. Client and candidate trust is paramount.
